Job description

A major client of ours has a need for a Data Analyst for their Westbury, NY location. This is a permanent position and is onsite. You must have prior manufacturing experience.

Position Summary:

Analyze data to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, performance tracking and informed decision making. In this role you will be working closely with the VP of Operations and cross functional teams to identify trends and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.

Essential Job Functions;
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business performance tracking.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and provide regular insights and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.
• Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for management
• Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
