Pay Rate: $22.50/Hour

Job Description:

Responsible for meeting daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Assembles and tests medical devices using specialized equipment, fixtures, and work instructions. Collaborates with Manufacturing Leads to meet production schedules, reports issues related to quality or equipment, and participates in basic problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. Maintains organized work areas (5S), follows company quality system procedures, and completes required regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively. Preferred: GMP knowledge, medical device manufacturing experience, microscope use, and basic problem-solving skills.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
