Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role as a Summer Camp Retail Manager/Clerk located in Farmington, PA. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the camp retail store, managing inventory, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, restocking items, and leading a small team of staff to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience in Team Management and leadership abilities to supervise and guide retail staff effectively.
• Knowledge of Sales and retail practices, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising strategies.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and inventory levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
