The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for:
• Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
• Personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
• Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales
• Training new employees in all aspects of the operation
• Scheduling employees
• Ordering food products for the store
Additional Info:
Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.
Must have a valid ServSafe certificate and at least 6 months of managerial experience in a fast food concept.
Annually salary $50k - $60k.
