Job description
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate all phases of construction including procurement, subcontractor management, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and clients.
Commercial Management
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Review contracts, variations, and change orders.
• Ensure cost control and value engineering opportunities are identified and implemented.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Maintain quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Support commissioning and project close-out processes.
Risk & Safety Management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote a strong culture of health and safety on all sites.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and company safety procedures.
