Product Owner (Cloud-Native & Microservices)

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Owner (Cloud-Native & Microservices) with deep expertise in cloud-native ecosystems to lead the development of scalable enterprise platforms. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between business vision and engineering execution, translating complex architectural requirements into actionable backlogs for microservices-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Stewardship: Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for complex, cloud-native technical platforms.
• Engineering Liaison: Act as the primary technical interface between internal engineering leads and external partners/stakeholders.
• Requirement Translation: Translate business, customer, and architectural needs into high-quality user stories with clear functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
• Architectural Collaboration: Partner with developers on API design, data flows, and event-driven systems within a Java / Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Dependency Management: Ensure alignment across multiple teams working in distributed microservices environments.
• Operational Governance: Define and ensure the delivery of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, and security.

Mandatory Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, specifically in a technical product ownership capacity.
• Technical Depth: Strong background in Java / Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Stakeholder Mastery: Proven experience working directly with external enterprise customers or system integrators.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Certifications: Mandatory Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM, or SPC).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
