Product Manager – Access & Visitor Technology

Location: Celebration, FL (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager – Access & Visitor Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of technology platforms that manage visitor access and digital experiences. This role focuses on evaluating vendor solutions, defining business requirements, and supporting the implementation of access management systems.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic product leadership, vendor evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Define product strategy and develop roadmaps for visitor management and access platforms.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and provide recommendations based on business and operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.
• Manage product backlogs and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver, test, and deploy solutions.
• Lead UAT, defect resolution, and QA validation; support training and operational readiness.
• Coordinate launches, document processes, and maintain communication with stakeholders on progress.
• Develop go-to-market and long-term sustainment plans for access management systems.

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of product management or related experience
• Experience addressing technical, user, and business issues in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Microsoft collaboration tools
• Familiarity with content management systems or property/visitor management platforms
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools or emerging technologies
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading vendor evaluations and implementing scalable solutions
