We are looking for Virtual Meeting Manager oversees all virtual and hybrid meeting support services. This role ensures the successful planning, testing, and execution of meetings and events using collaboration platforms and conference-room technology while maintaining knowledge documentation and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support virtual and hybrid meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom for Government.
• Coordinate with DEVMTB teams to schedule and execute meetings and high-visibility events.
• Ensure availability, performance, and issue resolution for all supported sessions.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow knowledge base articles related to meeting support.
• Analyze and improve business processes and system workflows for meeting support operations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide expertise in change management, training support, and business process improvement.
• Assist with strategic planning, configuration management, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Identify IT gaps or deficiencies affecting operational efficiency and recommend improvements. Experience Required: 2+ Years Education: Bachelor''s Degree or Equivalent Experience
