Wingstop is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-energy restaurant locations. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in restaurant leadership—especially those with Wingstop experience—who are passionate about driving operational excellence, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional guest service. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, team development, and ensuring profitability and compliance. Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily restaurant operations to guarantee top-notch standards in food quality, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and team effectiveness.
• Source new team members, offer training, and aid in the growth of employees while creating a work atmosphere that is respectful and dynamic.
• Lead with exemplary hospitality and inspire team members to take ownership of their duties.
• Maximize operational efficiency by optimizing food and labor costs through effective management of inventory, scheduling, and ordering.
• Supervise the fiscal health, determine objectives, and put into action tactics to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies, are fully upheld.
• Organize routine team meetings to synchronize goals and uphold the core values of the company.
• Partner with district and regional leaders to reinforce marketing initiatives and promote community interaction.
• Handle customer issues swiftly and adeptly, aiming to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction ratings.
• Establish a setting that encourages perpetual growth and advocates for the internal progression of individuals.

Qualifications and Experience
• Involvement in leadership capacities within food service management, epitomizing expertise in managing teams and daily operations within a restaurant setting, with a preference for Wingstop experience
• Non-negotiable is the need for a valid Food Manager Certification
• Possession of a TABC Certification is obligatory
• It is imperative to have reliable means of transportation and the capability to commute to assigned store locations
• A vital aspect of this position is the ability to work flexible hours, inclusive of weekends, holidays, and evenings
• To adhere to the uniform standards, employees must wear black shoes that have non-slip capabilities
• It is advantageous to be bilingual in English and Spanish, but it is not a strict requirement
• Exhibit exceptional skills in connecting with others, resolving problems, and strengthening team cohesion
• Drive to innovate remarkable guest encounters and train team members
