Role and Responsibilities:

You will lead daily operations of the Auto Care Center by managing service execution, team performance, and member experience. This role focuses on driving service quality, ensuring safety and compliance, and achieving operational and financial goals through effective leadership and process management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Auto Care Center to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, train, and develop Auto Care Center associates to meet performance, safety, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive service standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage customer interactions by resolving concerns, explaining services, and promoting a positive member experience.
• Monitor service metrics, productivity, and sales performance to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and service readiness.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience managing or supervising an automotive service operation.
• Strong knowledge of automotive services, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
• Customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling, inventory, or service management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Automotive certifications or technical training.
• Experience managing performance metrics or sales goals.
• Experience leading teams in a retail or service-based environment.
