Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Engineer located in Green Bay, WI. The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to team members, and ensuring the security and efficiency of network and system operations. Daily tasks may include managing software and hardware installations, ensuring network connectivity, conducting system updates, and collaborating with other teams to implement IT solutions.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Information Technology and Networking concepts
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• Understanding of Network Security principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Understanding of current IT technologies and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar credentials are a plus
