Water Wastewater Engineer
Job description
Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking a Senior Water Wastewater Engineer for their team in Grand Rapids, Michigan!
Responsibilities:
• Use technical expertise to serve as a technical resource, plan and design water and wastewater systems
• Business development responsibilities including identifying and pursuing strategic targets
• Build/maintain client relationships
• Meet client expectations through meeting with clients regularly, following company contractual obligations and staying current on industry trends
• Ensure that proposals address all the client's concerns, objectives, and goals
• Serve as project manager as needed (direct teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality control procedures)
• Provide quality control reviews in area of technical expertise
• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry-related events to promote company capabilities
Requirements:
• M.S., B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering degree
• 12+ years of experience, including working collaboratively with clients and design teams
• PE License
• Established relationships in this market
• Proven project management experience delivering quality work on time and within budget
Salary is commensurate with experience.
