Job description

**Overview:** Little Flower Early Learning Center in Great Mills, Maryland is seeking a part-time substitute teacher to join our team on a flexible schedule. As a substitute teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young students. **Responsibilities:**
• Substitute teach in our Early Learning Center, working with infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students
• Implement lesson plans and activities designed to promote learning and development
• Communicate regularly with parents and the Principal to ensure seamless transitions
• Complete additional paperwork for the MD Office of Child Care
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with young children (infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds)
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Comfortable changing diapers and willing to complete additional paperwork for the MD Office of Child Care
