Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques to provide exceptional care and pain management for our clients. This role requires strong patient service skills, as well as the ability to assess individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly. A background in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as required.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific pain management issues effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications
• Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles.
• Experience in med spa settings is a plus but not required.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficient in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
