What You'll Do:
• Perform customized facials tailored to each guest's unique skin needs
• Deliver advanced treatments including Diamond Glow, LightStim LED therapy, Chemical Peels, Neveskin, Luminfusion, and Dermaplaning
• Educate guests on skincare products and at-home routines to drive retail and enhance results
• Provide a consistently exceptional guest experience that builds loyalty and repeat visits
• Collaborate with a professional team of estheticians and massage therapists
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation standards, and product inventory

What We're Looking For:
• Active New Jersey Esthetician License (required)
• Genuine passion for skincare and helping guests look and feel their best
• Eagerness to learn and master advanced treatment modalities
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills - ability to consult with guests and recommend services confidently
