ASRC Federal AFSS is seeking Financial Analyst / Resource Analyst (Early / Mid Career: 0–8+ Years) to support upcoming opportunities on a NASA contract at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.

This posting serves as a general resume collection for multiple upcoming roles supporting various NASA programs and projects. Roles may require in-person availability based on customer requirements.

Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for early-to-mid career finance and business professionals (0–8+ years of experience) interested in supporting mission-driven work within the aerospace and federal government sector.

Resource Analysts work closely with project managers, engineers, and business teams to support budget planning, financial analysis, resource forecasting, and reporting that helps ensure successful execution of NASA programs.

We are looking for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in developing their careers in project finance and program financial management.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0–8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, program finance, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements for access to NASA GSFC. Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting government contracts, federal agencies, or project-based financial management
• Familiarity with financial management or ERP systems (such as SAP, Funds Control, BOBJ, or similar tools)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience analyzing budgets, tracking expenditures, or preparing financial reports
• Internship or entry-level experience supporting financial operations, program management, or business analysis
