Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager handles the daily operations and sales, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Sales team by offering coaching, counseling, advice, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets
• Keep updated on financial metrics, inventory, and relevant statistics
• Ensure all store products are available for purchase and displayed correctly
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of store staff
• Execute operational tasks related to sales and rental services for assigned accounts
• Promote music lesson programs and support instructors
• Provide excellent customer service to every shopper
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour plus bonuses, depending on background and experience. This range is provided to comply with state-specific regulations. Please note, actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience and education.

Qualification Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail
• Interest and experience in music
