This Program is on the lookout for a full-stack software engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated software systems that support Analytic Missions. Our robust processes ensure product quality, including DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Testing, and System Level Testing (SLT) before products are deployed to production.

WHO YOU ARE
• Experienced as a Software Engineer with a strong foundation in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software solutions, specifically for Linux operating systems.

Basic Qualifications:
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Four (4) additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with AI/ML development or integration.
• Familiarity with Terraform on AWS.
• Proficient in C++, Python, and/or Golang.
• Experience writing high-performance/GPU-enabled applications.
• Experience with large-scale streaming data analytic systems.

• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternative work schedules for added flexibility. These schedules include standard 40 hours over a five-day work week, as well as condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office, in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $104,900 - $184,920. The salary range will vary based on the candidate’s work location. Lockheed Martin considers several factors, including the responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees earn at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours of holidays. Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month, receive up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date in the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
