Day-to-Day

· Represent clients in NYC Housing Court, Civil Court, and related tribunals.

· Handle dispositive motions, hearings, case strategy, and trial preparation.

· Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and advocate in court.

· Advise on risk, settlement strategy, and litigation outcomes.

· Collaborate across practice areas on related real estate litigation matters.
