Service Operations Manager

Compensation Range: 50,000.00 - 59,500.00

The Service Operations Manager ensures excellent day-to-day management of restaurant operations, embodying our brand values to provide an extraordinary guest experience. As a vital brand representative, this role promotes a culture of continuous improvement and a positive atmosphere that enriches every visit.

To be considered for this role, ideal candidates will possess:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring a dedicated team focused on service and hospitality
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits as required by state/local law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred qualifications include

  • Familiarity with local and state health codes
  • Experience with software such as Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
  • Previous experience managing a team

Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements): Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.

Retirement Benefits (subject to qualifications and requirements): 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay).

Paid Time Off (subject to qualifications and requirements): 0.03846 hours for each hour worked.
