Responsibilities of Production Manager:
• Include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and executing the training plan for each new hire.
• You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Requirements of Production Manager:
• To participate, one must be no less than 18 years old.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• While it is preferable to have a high school diploma or GED, it is not a strict requirement. Fundamental computer literacy is essential. Having dependable transportation is a must.
• Proficient in fundamental business math and accounting skills and equipped with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Capable of enduring standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lbs., and bending throughout 80% of the shift hours.
