Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Analyst based in Perth Amboy, NJ. The Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing end-user technical support, and maintaining IT systems. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations that meet the organization’s needs.

Qualifications
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for diagnosing and resolving technical challenges
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support processes
• Expertise in Troubleshooting IT systems, software, and infrastructure
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and network administration is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with system monitoring tools and ticketing systems is an advantage
