Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Morgantown, WV, for the Sr. Director of Quality. The Sr. Director of Quality will oversee and ensure the implementation of quality management programs, regulatory compliance, quality control activities, and audits to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence. The role includes developing policies, monitoring compliance, managing supplier quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The Sr. Director of Quality will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to maintain and enhance standards.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to lead initiatives effectively.
• Experience with Supplier Quality management to ensure compliance and partnerships.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive cross-departmental and facility collaboration.
• Experience in managing compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an advanced degree or certification in Quality Systems is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality management programs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
