Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing at our office located in Paterson, NJ. The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and conducting staff training sessions. Additionally, the Director will monitor patient outcomes and work to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a clinical setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care practices, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience in creating and implementing care plans, as well as staff training and development.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage day-to-day clinical operations effectively, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous experience in home health care or community-based nursing is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
