As an Advanced Technology Repair Technician with Geek Squad, you will provide essential technology support and repair services for customers' computers and devices. Your role is key in delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding their needs and collaborating with fellow technicians. What You'll Do
• Perform thorough diagnostics, recommend solutions, repair devices, and assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
• Establish timely follow-up rhythms to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate documentation of customer requests and repairs.
• Complete all repair tasks efficiently and communicate with leadership if issues arise.
• Keep your knowledge, skills, and certifications up-to-date through ongoing training.

Basic Qualifications
• At least 6 months of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics through usage and continuous learning.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
• A strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
