Job Summary
Wingstop is looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to take charge of one of their energetic restaurant sites. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates with a strong background in restaurant leadership, particularly those with previous experience at Wingstop, who are passionate about improving operational performance, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional guest service. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, team development, and financial success while ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities
• Organize the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and team effectiveness.
• Hire, train, and advance employees while fostering a workplace environment that is respectful and motivating.
• Model outstanding hospitality and empower the team to take accountability for their roles.
• Drive cost-effectiveness by efficiently managing inventory, scheduling, and ordering to achieve optimal outcomes in food and labor expenditure.
• Track the financial status, define targets, and employ strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Secure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and company policies.
• Plan recurrent team meetings to synchronize objectives and reinforce the core values of the company.
• Engage in collaboration with district and regional leadership to back marketing endeavors and community involvement.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely and polished manner to uphold strong guest contentment markers.
• Promote an ethos that embraces ongoing enhancement and empowers the internal evolution of skills and expertise.
Qualifications and Experience
• Proficiency in managing restaurant teams and ensuring smooth operational flow in a food service setting, with a desired background specifically in Wingstop leadership roles
• A necessary component is the possession of a valid Food Manager Certification
• It is compulsory to have a current TABC Certification
• Transportation that can be counted on and the skill to commute to the designated store(s) is a necessity
• The position calls for the flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Slip-resistant black footwear is a compulsory part of the designated attire
• Being able to speak English and Spanish is advantageous, but not obligatory
• Excel in interpersonal communication, problem resolution, and team bonding
• Intense focus on creating lasting guest memories and empowering team members
• Showing integrity, accountability, and a professional attitude
