We are a fast-paced construction leader in Largo, MD, specializing in commercial interiors and ground-up builds, and we are looking for a visionary to join our Operations team.

The Mission 🚀 You will serve as a critical leadership figure, leading the overall direction of large-scale projects and solving operational execution challenges as we scale. You will be the primary bridge between visionary design and successful project close-out.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the Charge: Direct day-to-day management of multiple large-scale projects from initiation to close-out.
• Own the Financials: Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Build the Network: Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Get Hands-On: Conduct site visits (split 70% site / 30% office) to monitor progress, quality, and on-site staff.

What You Bring to the Table 🧠
• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience as a PM in construction AND 5+ years managing staff.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Experience with retail, banks, and commercial base building.
• DMV Expertise: Prior experience operating within the DC, Maryland, and Virginia market.
