Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure maximum team efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR Product Owners to understand HR business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and map them to technical HR system functionalities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for JIRA, managing product backlogs, configuring Scrum/Kanban boards, maintaining workflows, and ensuring accurate sprint data.
• Create and maintain JIRA Dashboards (using gadgets like Sprint Health, Velocity Charts, and Burndown Charts) to provide real-time visibility into team performance and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions, working with Product Owners to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a "Ready" backlog.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers (technical, functional, or cross-team dependency issues) hindering the team’s progress.
• Use JIRA data and team velocity to measure progress and guide retrospectives, driving continuous improvement in team productivity and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within HR, Fintech, or complex corporate IT environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is required.
• Expert proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Previous experience with HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft) is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in writing and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and mapping functional requirements to technical workflows.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
