🚨 Now Hiring: EHS Manager | Branchburg, NJ (Fully Onsite)
A growing Central New Jersey full-service contract manufacturer in the personal care industry is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role with time spent on the manufacturing plant floor, partnering with teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all EHS programs ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fire Code, TCPA, and other regulations
• Track and report safety metrics and KPIs, including TRIR and incident data
• Manage customer sustainability/compliance platforms such as Ecovadis and CDP
• Lead audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives
• Drive environmental and sustainability efforts, including utility and resource optimization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• OSHA 30 and EHS certifications preferred
• Experience with EHS reporting platforms and safety analytics
