Operations Analyst

A leading global financial services organization is seeking an Operations Analyst I to support account processing and operational workflows within an investment operations team. This role focuses on reviewing and processing account-related requests, ensuring accuracy of client information, and managing high-volume operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Berwyn, PA – Hybrid schedule

(Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Review and process new account documentation ensuring accuracy of client information and account details prior to setup and funding
• Monitor internal systems and sponsor portals to identify and process operational requests
• Process account maintenance requests including terminations, trading freezes, restrictions, and resume trading requests
• Enter and verify sensitive client and account information across internal systems
• Manage multiple operational queues and prioritize requests based on deadlines
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and intermediaries via email to resolve requests
• Partner with trading, quality control, and operations teams to ensure accurate processing
• Support operational initiatives and reporting requirements as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight timelines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume operational environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Experience
• Exposure to financial services, banking, or investment operations
• Experience in administrative processing or operational support roles
• Experience working in high-volume, process-driven environments
• Familiarity with workflow or case management systems
