Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cinematographer based in Brooklyn, NY. The Cinematographer will be responsible for overseeing camera operations, planning and executing visual compositions, managing lighting setups, and collaborating with directors and production teams. Core tasks include capturing high-quality footage, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with project goals, and maintaining technical equipment used in film and video production.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Camera Operation and understanding of cinematographic techniques
• Experience in Video Production and Film Production processes
• Strong skills in Cinematography, including shot compositions and storytelling through visuals
• Expertise in Lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots
• Strong understanding of camera and production equipment maintenance
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with directors, producers, and other team members
• Ability to adapt to various filming environments and creatively solve challenges
• Relevant degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing prior work in film and video projects is highly desirable
