Our inpatient chemical dependency program in Brooklyn, NY is looking for an experienced leader to help strengthen our team and clinical systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on inspiring others, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellence in patient-centered care.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading a team of skilled clinicians and support professionals.
• Maintaining quality standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
• Working collaboratively with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Preferred Background
• NYS-licensed LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC.
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within inpatient addiction medicine.
