Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong domain expertise in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) utilities to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital solutions supporting grid operations and network management. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating complex utility requirements into scalable product solutions aligned with regulatory and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for T&D utility solutions aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners.
• Translate utility business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Work across core T&D domains including:
• Grid operations
• Asset management
• Outage and reliability management
• Network operations
• System performance optimization
• Leverage network modeling concepts to guide product design, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure scalable and feasible solutions aligned with grid systems.
• Ensure compliance with utility regulatory, safety, and reliability standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT.
• Track and drive business value realization using KPIs like reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
• Support product rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement with operations and field teams.
