Product Owner / Scrum Master – Data, Insights & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support our Data, Insights, and Analytics teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role will be responsible for driving product delivery, managing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the Product Owner for Data, Insights, and Analytics initiatives, working closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with Scrum teams to ensure efficient Agile product delivery and execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Support Agile delivery through collaboration with Scrum Masters, developers, analysts, and leadership teams.
• Drive data product initiatives that enable insights, analytics capabilities, and business intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner working with Scrum/Agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery teams.
• Strong experience working with Data, Analytics, and Insights teams in Agile environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale Agile programs within the SDLC, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels, including executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on technical experience or strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, or engineering workflows.

Additional Requirements
• Must be local to Newport Beach, CA.
• Must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
