Position Overview:Credit Analyst
As a PNC Credit Analyst, you will assist clients with their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.
Responsibilities:
• Creates a distinctive customer journey that focuses on improving financial well-being and nurturing customer loyalty.
• Deals with diverse customer interactions in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Provides customers with information about other choices they have for managing their financial transactions.
• Identifies openings during customer interactions and guides them to the appropriate branch representatives.
• Facilitates customer engagement through lobby activities and constructive conversations.
• Shapes PNC solutions to meet the demands of clients.
• Recognizes potential sales opportunities and guides customers to the appropriate team members for expanding connections.
• Assists clients in familiarizing themselves with digital banking tools, technology alternatives, and self-service options for better financial transaction management.
• Utilizes product and procedural knowledge to efficiently resolve customer queries.
• Guarantees the accurate execution of teller and branch operations in accordance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• No prior knowledge necessary.
• A university or college degree is usually not a prerequisite for roles at this level.
• Having a high school diploma or equivalent credential is desired.
• Relevant combinations of education, job-specific certifications, or practical experience (including military background) might be reviewed.

• Certifications or licenses are not compulsory.
