Senior Marketing Manager
Redda Group has been retained to identify a talented Senior Marketing Manager for a growing organization in the construction and general contracting space.
Must have construction/general contracting industry and RFP experience

About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in leading marketing and communications initiatives, supporting business development, and strengthening brand visibility. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with leadership and supports marketing, events, content, and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute marketing and communications initiatives
• Manage digital content, social media, and email campaigns
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Coordinate events, outreach, and marketing materials
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
• 6+ years of marketing or communications experience
• Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in construction, or general contracting a must.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content development
