Job description

Our real estate client located in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Credit Manager. This will report into VP and will support portfolio level credit risk management and transaction underwriting. Duties include credit underwriting/analysis, risk assessments, deal structuring, lender/investor reporting, and financial modeling among other tasks.

Compensation is targeted at $140K + bonus.
