Title: Agile Coach
Location: Hybrid in Weston, FL
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of Agile Coaching experience in technology environments
• Strong background in product and program delivery
• Proven experience supporting enterprise agile transformations
• Demonstrated success helping organizations move beyond “doing agile”
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Agile certifications (ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF, SPC, CSM, etc.)
• Experience using or improving agile maturity models
Key Responsibilities
• Coach teams and leaders to evolve from process‑driven agile to a true agile mindset
• Assess current agile maturity and help define a clear path forward
• Support struggling teams across product, technology, and program delivery
• Identify systemic impediments and partner with leaders to drive improvement
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and coaching sessions focused on continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on agile maturity and organizational change
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to support the next phase of an ongoing agile transformation within a complex technology organization. While the organization began its agile journey last year, several teams are struggling to move from “doing agile” to truly “being agile.”
This role will focus on raising overall agile maturity, coaching teams and leaders through meaningful mindset and behavior change, and helping advance the organization’s maturity level by approximately one full level from its current state
