Role and Responsibilities of Program Management Manager:
You will support the continued growth and success of the Data Ventures suite of products by driving program execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage complex initiatives, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and drive overall program goals.
• Define frameworks and execute program roadmaps and schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Identify and manage critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collect and analyze project metrics to track progress, manage initiatives, and drive accountability.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate program-related risks and issues to support timely resolution.
• Lead stakeholder engagement for quarterly business planning, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices.
• Evaluate program effectiveness to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in partnership with stakeholders.
• Support the development of executive-level presentations and strategic perspectives.
Required Skills and Experience of Program Management Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area, or 4 years of experience in these areas.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects or programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in product operations, release management, product strategy, process improvement, merchandising, vendor relations, data analytics, or technology start-up environments.
• Experience using tools such as Airtable and Jira.
Compensation and Benefits of Program Management Manager:
• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $130,000 or $84,000 to $156,000, based on role scope and alignment.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• Additional compensation for certain positions may include stock.
