Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in creating positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing communication and business skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and professional customer support in person, by phone, or through digital channels
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with account inquiries and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
