We're currently looking for a motivated Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth through customer acquisition and in-store promotions.
• This position is on-site in the Wilmington area*

What You’ll Do:
• Engage face-to-face with potential customers in a retail environment
• Educate consumers on current promotions and brand offerings
• Represent our clients professionally through in-store marketing campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clientele
• Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and support
• Generate leads and convert interest into sales

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred—but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
