Research Engineer II - R&D and technology focus 💰 Salary: $100,600 - 199,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Over 2 years of technical engineering experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- At least 1 year of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
- Ability to pass Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Conduct applied research to develop innovative AI and machine learning models addressing real-world challenges
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of machine learning models from prototyping to implementation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Design and modify novel training and fine-tuning algorithms for language models
- Successfully bring research initiatives to completion, generating new algorithms, prototypes, theories, tools, and insights that resolve open research questions
- Share and document best practices within the organization
- Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new methods to tackle complex problems
- Represent and embody our culture and values
