Qualifications
• Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a multinational organization or Big 4.
• Proven Transfer Pricing Audit management experience required.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and technical quality.
• Quick learner with strong ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and Project Management skills, to efficiently communicate and cooperate with other functions within multinational organization as well as external service providers.
• SAP working knowledge is an advantage.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This is an individual contributor position that requires hands-on effort. The tax professional will be part of Global Tax team collaborating with colleagues from around the world. He/ she will need to have proven expertise in Transfer Pricing (TP), ideally TP compliance across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, he/she will be expected to:

- Monitor various TP relevant processes, including those involving other functions within multinational organization. Ensure established TP processes are followed, lead execution and adaptation of any changes.

- Manage Global TP documentation repository, ensure it is timely updated in a diligent manner enabling automations and ensuring full audit trail.

- Monitor TP policies and other compliances, ensuring effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders across various jurisdictions.

- Partner with various business functions, support business initiatives, provide TP guidance to the organization, map and review intercompany scenarios, ensure respective TP policies and procedures are implemented, manage intercompany agreements.

- Collaborate with third party vendors ensuring that benchmarking analyses and local documentation align with Global policies.

- Participate in/(co)lead TP audits, APA submissions, ruling submissions, and manage interactions with authorities.

- Keep track of legislative changes, analyze and ensure correct implementation of any new requirements pertaining to TP.
