Key Responsibilities

Review trends in outstanding A / R, denials, and payment issues to identify improvement opportunities

Combine multiple data sources using SQL and API calls, and prepare reports in Excel or Google Sheets

Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and mentor new hires in data analysis best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, particularly in billing and follow-up with insurance companies

Strong understanding of the claim submission process and common reimbursement issues

Experience working with mental health and / or telehealth services

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and shape operational strategies

Desire for a growth-oriented environment with open feedback and autonomy
