Senior Associate - FLSA / False Claims Act (Qui Tam) Litigation
We are a nationally recognized litigation firm focused on high-stakes plaintiff-side matters, including whistleblower (False Claims Act), wage & hour (FLSA) class and collective actions, mass torts, and complex commercial litigation. We are seeking a Senior Associate (5+ years) with experience in FLSA / wage & hour litigation and/or False Claims Act (qui tam) matters. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to lead cases, shape strategy, and work directly on complex, high-impact litigation from investigation through resolution.
General Overview
• Lead and manage FLSA collective and class actions (misclassification, unpaid overtime, off-the-clock claims)
• Investigate, evaluate, and develop False Claims Act / qui tam matters
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings in federal court
• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
• Oversee discovery strategy, eDiscovery, and case management
• Drive settlement strategy and negotiations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case theory and litigation strategy
Qualifications
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with meaningful exposure to:
• FLSA / wage & hour class or collective actions
• and/or False Claims Act (qui tam) litigation
• Strong federal court experience
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes cases independently
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery strategy
• Commitment to plaintiff-side or public-interest litigation
