We’re seeking an onsite Project Manager to oversee field operations for military housing construction projects, including interior and exterior renovations. This role is responsible for managing contractors, ensuring quality execution, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. This position is located onsite at a military base.

This is a 100% on-site position.

What You'll Do:
• Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate project teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
• Review drawings, scopes, and construction documents for accuracy and completeness
• Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Track progress, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality
• Provide regular project updates to leadership
• Represent Sevan in meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience
• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing field operations and contractors
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and budgets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-site or renovation experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 to $120,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
