A leading commercial general contractor in Pennsylvania is hiring a Traveling Project Manager to oversee projects outside the company’s core geography. The role focuses on delivering successful outcomes across multiple regions by ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction on large-scale commercial projects.

The commercial GC is starting a Travel Division that will focus on following existing clients to the various areas that they are building in, but fall outside of the typical geography/reach. It will be more focused around Mid-West and Mid/South-East.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage remote job sites with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and budget control.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, buyout, procurement, and financial management.
• Build and maintain client relationships while serving as the company’s on-site representative.
• Coordinate effective communication among owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely project closeout.
• Mentor project team members and manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects of similar size and scope.
• Demonstrated success with client relations, budget management, and leading field teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage projects across multiple regions.
