Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our commercial window cleaning services. You will engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting, initiate conversations to understand their needs, and set appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about sales development. Pay scale is fully incentivized and successful salespeople have earned over $800 per week.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach to generate qualified leads
• Research and build lists of target accounts and decision-makers within designated commercial territories
• Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce our services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales skills
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in good standing
