What You Will Do

Project work will vary based on client needs and may include

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to leadership teams

• Assist with month end and quarter end close analytics

• Prepare management level reporting packages and presentations

• Analyze trends across revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational metrics

• Support process improvements and strengthen analytical frameworks

• Contribute during system upgrades, ERP enhancements, or reporting transitions

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking adaptable professionals with experience such as

• Financial Analyst

• Senior Financial Analyst

• FP and A Analyst

• Finance Business Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Five or more years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts

• Ability to work effectively in fast paced or changing environments

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive or similar systems is a plus

• MBA or CPA is beneficial
