Job Description for Financial Analyst:

The Financial Analyst is dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service through sales, assistance, and digital interactions for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. They assist in the everyday branch operations, address customer service and sales requests, and organize customer appointments to determine needs and pass on complex matters to the relevant team members.

Key Responsibilities for Financial Analyst:
• Enhance customer engagement by providing insights into Consumer and Business Banking solutions. Recommend services that cater to specific customer needs and promote the utilization of digital banking features for added convenience.
• Appointment and consultation management involves scheduling customer visits, whether they are pre-planned or spontaneous, to identify their financial needs and ensure a smooth transition to the correct banking personnel for complex issues.
• Reach out to customers proactively to bolster retention and expand relationship networks.
• Front Desk Responsibility: Assume responsibility for the front desk by welcoming customers, attending to inquiries, and taking ownership of resolving urgent banking needs.
• Participate in Operational Support by contributing to routine branch operations like handling customer transactions, resolving overdraft disputes, and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks. Carry out operational duties as necessary.
• Adherence to Compliance and Risk Management: Keeping abreast of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) methodologies. Pinpointing and escalating suspicious transactions. Verifying compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Customer Resolution: Manage customer grievances efficiently by recording them accurately and tracking progress. Guarantee timely and satisfactory resolution of customer problems.
• Sales Referrals require identifying potential sales leads and directing customers to the appropriate banking counterparts for tailored product options.

• Offer exceptional service delivery and promptly resolve customer complaints.

• Perform a variety of duties within the branch, including commencing account creations and facilitating loan originations, as well as resolving problems and managing transactional activities.

Standards related to academic credentials and job history:
• Meeting the educational standard with either a high school diploma or GED.
• Prospective employees should have at least one year of familiarity with retail sales, call center duties, customer service, or telesales.
• Capable of clear and compelling verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Competence in managing demanding customer conversations and varying customer requirements.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in working well under stress when part of a fast-moving team setup.
• Competent in utilizing technology at an online level.

Preferred Qualifications:
